Request On-site Training

On-site classes are available from Carrier Access upon request. The cost of the on-site training is a flat fee of $3,500 which includes the trainer, materials, travel and lodging expenses. An approved purchase order number is required before we can schedule a trainer and make further arrangements to conduct the training class. This flat fee will cover one day or multiple days of training depending on your training needs. Pricing is slightly higher in Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S. Please inquire for further details.

Policies

Enrollment: Seating is limited to 10 students in each class offering. A minimum of 5 students is required to hold the class.

Cancellation: Carrier Access Corporation reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class for any reason. However, we make every effort to provide at least one week's notice. Should you need to cancel your training request, notification must be received at least 7 days prior to class start date.
